Application process of chain link fence:
- Material: High-quality low-carbon steel wire rod is used, which is then processed into low-carbon steel wire with the drawing machine.
- Surface Treatment: The low-carbon steel wire is treated by electric galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, or painting.
- Weaving: Development machinery is used to shape the surface-treated low-carbon steel wire into its final form, which is then linked together.
- Edge of the Chain Link Fence: The edges are divided into two types: twisted and hemmed. Special tools are used to create the hemmed edge.
